2021년 이후 읽은 책들에 대한 기록

주로 실무에 관련된 책들 위주로 기록하고 있다. 기술과 리더십이 내가 담당하는 일이다보니 시스템 관점을 놓치지 않기 위해 챙겨야 하는 부분과 사람과 일을 할 때 어떤 부분을 중점둬야 하는지를 책을 통해 배울려고 한다.

책을 보면 대부분이 영어책이다. 영어 책을 고집하는 이유는 기술 기반에서 먼저 고민을 하고 있는 곳이 미국이고, 그 가운데 주로 인정받는 담론들이 영어로 기술되어 있기 때문이다. 물론 라이엇에 있을 때 영어 공부 따로 할 필요가 있을까 싶은 생각도 있어, 책을 읽으면서 부족한 영어 공부도 보완하기 위해서다.

Patrick Lencioni (Author) 특유의 동화같은 기업 경영 이야기. The Five Dysfunctions of a Team 책도 좋았고, 이 책도 어떤 방식으로 조직을 운영하면 좋을지에 대한 영감을 얻을 수 있는 책. 특히 Measurement에 관련된 사항은 OKR 기반의 목표와 소통을 위해 꼭 참고해봤으면 하는 책.
